Beach,

Although the A/S was increased for the reverse merger deal with Comedy net a few years ago, the deal never happened and the O/S remained the same. No dilution ever occurred. Sorry.

The O/S is still the same, three years later. Its not going to change. I expect them to fix and address the A/S issue shortly when they become fully reporting again. If you noticed, nothing has transpired in over three years with ANWM until the recent announcement.

You already know the answer to this but I will give it to you anyway...

There was some questions that popped up on another website about the Authorized Shares at ANWM. The fact is that they were actually increased from 250 Million to 2 Billion shares in 2008. That seems like an astronomical number of shares and can be somewhat concerning. However, that increase was made by Ray Vuono in anticipation of selling to ComedyNet some time ago. That deal fell through and never closed but the consideration was made because Vuono felt that ComedyNet wanted the A/S increased for their uses. However, the Shares Outstanding have not changed and still stand around 250 Million with a Float of around 147 Million.

In any event, I have personally spoken to Vuono and verified the share structure. I have personally spoken to Ken Ash of SCG and I am very comfortable with my Strong Buy recommendation at these levels.

According to Mr. Ash, he expects to see ANWM shares trading at or near $0.25 in the not too distant future and over $1.00 longer term. http://bit.ly/97gg8V
