That's a huge reduction in authorized shares, GB. They will want to raise capital for sure; otherwise, they wouldn't be doing this. That would only give less than 4 million shares to work with, including stock option incentives going forward.
That is weird. You can't raise much money with that, unless you're expecting dollar figures. So I'm guess stock promoters to come in the not so distant future, which would have to be paid in shares too.
