I have read about the convertibles, correct me or please add so that way I can analyze this for the long term. You mentioned convertibles and I found out that they compensate their CEO's with restricted convertibles and only at end of December they can convert 20% which equates to around mid 100K's shares not including 200Kish shares on performance related convertibles . In any case I don't see that this type of compensation will dilute the prices much as the share count at the current prices is barely any value taking the factor of current prices of .08-.09. In any case these factors that of course when time comes I will see them being reflected in the data and charts, as you mentioned I am very short term analyst due to me being a technical trader, fundamentally I can be enlightened a little bit more let me know if I missed anything as any information regarding share issuance etc. and the target price of those convertibles etc. will be helpful for me if I do hold a position in this stock.
