Considering the electronic transfer angle...looks like they would just add $5000 to everyones bank acct...that would be enough to stimulate spending for a while but not enough to cause people that have jobs to quit them.Give them too much money and theyll all quit work.Cant have a nation without workers..gotta keep enough people just broke enough to work.Also it would reduce crime for a week or so since the $5K would buy enough dope for the hard core unemployed to cut down on stealing til they run outa dope (LOL)
