You hear this everyday, A/S and O/S maxed out, per CEO no dilution and no R/S.

Either we will see a buyback OR the reduce O/S will be reduced.

And guess what happens all of sudden either A/S jumps to a new level and dilution starts or the R/S gets dump on us.

SAD STORIES ONE AFTER ANOTHER!! LGTT and CYBL both had the same problem.

Don't mean in anyway it will have happen here to EPGL, but need to stay put!!!!!!!!!!

Shareholder approval is a big question mark ? in pinkyland.

Most of everything happens here is w/o shareholder approval.
