so it says they have 90 days, so i would think it would be wise to hold strong til the end of the month as the form 15 says 7/30/10. i'll give them that

Hmmmmm.... It was filed with the SEC on July 30 and made public on August 5. So if you look at what you put in caps, they have 90 days from the date it was filed (July 30) to supply information??? I don't know...
