It really does not matter to me how many he owns, because the only thing that will finally prove that AVTI is not a scam is a P.R. with information on the shoes. I have heard people say he definitely own shares and I have heard people say he owns no shares. The only thing that matters at this point is the shoes being shipped and ready to be sent to distributors. Believe me if this was a scam no one would be taking any of our calls, there would be P.R. after P.R. telling everyone that things that do not matter. Unfortunately, the PPS has fallen so low, but sometimes that is how it goes. Remember Warren Buffet, said that the stock market is simply the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient. While, my patience is running thinner that I hoped with this stock I will not be selling any time soon. I believe that when the P.R. is released and the shoes are shipped, that this thing could easily run .005+ or even pennies depending on the information in the P.R. and the momentum, but that is MO. GLTY I have to go do some things now so I won't be posting for a while, GLTY and GO AVTI.

Also, they have not diluted on bit, the A/S is still the same. Usually when the company is a scam they will increase the A/S into the billions and beyond to try to make money, that is not the case here. No A/S increase = No Scam!!!! IMO

Liable posted the link to the SEC filing that shows that Gelmon owns none and the filing has a clause that any change in ownership has to be filed. No filing as of yet in regards to share ownership changes.

A CEO will not own shares of a company when he knows it's going to be worthless in several months. If he does buy shares he usually will have a restriction of when he can sell them.

A legitimate company would put out a PR saying there was a delay and not rely on other shareholders to post on message boards about the delay to inform other shareholders. They would not misspell the clients name either and then blame it on a Mexican! lol

Of course he'll answer the phone as he wants to smooth talk you into believing that all is well.

I guess if some want to ignore this, then so be it, but it's an obvious tactic to lure your money to their pockets.
