That was per the agreement. There was a sixty calendar day time line from the closing of the loan. The question put forth was the day of the closing.
If you want another twist to it, remember that the loan and claims sale were interdependent. The date of the transfer may just be considered the closing(I am not going there though).
The two companies were also able to mutually change the time frame.
What is apparent is that something is going on to determine the scope of the venture. I do not think that said individuals are just looking at data "only". You get what I mean?
