A "take off" will only happen with news. Technically, I suppose it is possible without the "right" news, but if that does happen then it would be a limited "take off" (.03 max).

With news (carrier) we will have a real "take off"...I suspect at a minimum .05 and at a max .25

Money flow was good again today...the rising money flow is still on track....but, we are stuck below the dashed line of the Bolinger Bands (not bullish short term).
