The large torrefaction deal with a Hong Kong company has to be one of the biggest lies of a Pink Sheet company ever.

Molen has nothing to give to table with a Chinese partner. No company has used torrefaction to produce bio-coal as the challenges of the technology are yet to be solved.

It is incredibly easy to pen such a press releases like the one of Dec 9, 2009. Nothing is told about what Vega would give to table for the Joint Venture.

How could this kind of press releases generate the volume and the rise of the share price that happened to VGPR in late 2009? Could there have been a kickback scheme involved?

We need justice to happen. We cannot allow anybody to make millions of dollars just by writing fake press releases.
