the float is not locked,what the hell are u guys talking about here?this stock is dead right now..even if we had a 200mil shares trading day with mostly buys i doubt this will ever see .002,,this POS is not going anywere,and i admit im stuck in it with 600k shares @0013---im looking to get out with .003 min.
