This stock is just so full of surprises that I cannot even venture a reasonable guess. Things of interest (besides the court cases of course) are:
1) will the reverse split take place?
2) if so, will the stock trade above $0.0001?
3) will we see any more filings (quarterly report due the 10/15)?

Finra works on it's own timetable.

you'll wake up one day and IGNT won't exist anymore. then one of us will track down what the new ticker is.

By that time some hapless gamblers will have bought in at 8-10 cents, not knowing what they just bought, but sure that "somebody big knows something"
