I thought they were reducing the A/S by getting rid of the 4.5 billion restricted. we have 10 billion A/S in which 5.3 bill is on the O/S right now.

to me that says are A/S count after removing the 4.5 billion will be 5.5 billion on the A/S in which 5.3 billion is O/S

leaves 200 million left over.

All numbers are not exact but rounded. for easy viewing.

is that right or wrong?
