Sherry, I don't honestly know what I would do. I haven't had this bad of experience before. I transferred my non IRA & my IRA accounts a few months back and they did it a lot faster than I thought they would. Every thing else has been okay with them, although I don't like some of the Customer Service answers sometimes. If you can get by with the possibility of the online system not being up for your trading activity then I don't think you would have a problem. If you are actively trading (day trading) I have doubts now. I think there may be a limit on how many times you can do a roll over or a transfer in a year. I don't remember where I saw that I would have to look. It sounds like you are just doing a transfer to me. Hopefully they get this straightened out and it doesn't happen like this again...
