Hoops.....I agree. I'm holding KATX because I think it could be a great stock one day but the BVIG deal was not done properly. No company should get shareholders excited about a BVIG 1:4 share distribution and not follow through. They provided dates etc. If the securities authorities were going to be a problem, the company should have not posted dates and PRs making this sound like a done deal.
It's been weeks since we have heard an update on this distribution. It just leaves egg on their faces and tarishes shining reputations when there is no follow through.
Your one comment is dead on. "Management should get the BVIG shares issued at once so that normal trading can begin"
