There is nothing looking any better here technically, we all consider our shares a lost cause and you should too if you buy. What matters to us is that justice is served to the shareholders of this company that built it, as it is solvent, profitable, and paying its DIP back before it even leaves bk for crying out loud. If the creditors and shareholders aren't served justice here it is shameful and unjust. It really is sad that people may lose portions of their retirement here [legacy shareholders and company workers] while management walks away with golden parachutes significantly higher than their current share holdings. Shameful, absolutely shameful.
