Your statement below is simply not true. GBOE is cellar boxed and just closed an acquiition with funding from I-Banker who sees the value of their business plan. There is no reason why a similar outcome won't happen here, meaning not needing shares to fund growth at the outset.
As far as phony acquisitions, where have you been? You've obviously missed Apex and Mineseeker even though there has been an enormous amount of information on each available here and elsewhere.
Your outlook on the QASP situation is quite wrong and you should do some more information gathering before making uninformed accusations like the one below.
The only way to fund any plan will be to issue new shares.
