I have little doubt that a legitimate float lockdown can help a company with better ability to raise real capital when it needs it without resorting to issuing huge amounts of shares and makes it less susceptible to the vagaries of the markets. Initiating an FLD with a pumpfest is a huge contradiction. I takes a team with discipline and loyalty to pull one off and yes, also the cooperation of the company to assure that dilution doesn't wreck the whole project. Getting people to relinquish shares by getting them to sell for profit is a novel and humanitarian tactic. Whoever would have thought that up would be a true hero and optimist of supernal proportions. If that is the case, this should hold this price level quite nicely.
