There are a bunch of companies with variants of the same name, Dominick & Dominick, very shadowy and hard to pin. Note this disclaimer is somewhat different than the one used by D&D on Aspen's site (when it was there).
However, since Aspen's D&D is also in New York and given the following it could be our friend. Choose the name of your LLC carefully. It is very important that your name portray the image you want for your new company. Legally, the name you select must not be deceptively similar to any existing LLC in your state.
