It is in their best interest though to sell in a way that doesn't impact the upward momentum of the stock price. I could see them selling directly to a fund that wants to buy in or selling in small chunks over a longer period of time. I suspect they'll want to get some cash out as we move up, but they are not going to dump in a way that will hurt the stock price - it isn't in their best interest to do so.
