I understand your enthusiasm for something to be happening here, but I must throw in my .02 cents here for perspective. From looking at that link you provided, which I had already seen on the IMAI site (ICE has provided it), the dates are shown as 2006 and the information included on the pages is evidence of that same time period (based on the T/A and their business location).
I do find it a little odd that the work they did from 4 years ago is being exhibited in this way, but it is not out of the realm of possibility. I am attempting to contact the company in the hopes that they will tell me if there is any current activity with HESG and their firm (though I doubt they will but it's worth a shot).
About that .0005 issue you point out....that number is not relevant to the actual ask on HESG. Very often after 4pm, you will see the B/A show some wacky numbers, but it always resets the next day before opening bell. I just don't want you experiencing any extra special vibes due to observing that phenomenon.
