I've tried everything from the 1 minute to the 1 hour. It does seem to me that even in Forex the electronic trading programs and recent gov't interventions are working against us little guy traders.
To tell you the truth I'm reading up on trading E-mini Futures. I saw a demo today and the charts/price fluctuations looked more stable and predictable then the wild swings I've been seeing with Forex. I'll let you know how it goes.
