The place to get the latest list for REGSHO Threshold is at NASDAQ. Other sites are current only whenever they download and run their updates.

If you look just above the Threshold Security List section, you'll see the list available as a Download (same List but in | delimited format). Note the timestamp at 11:00:xx PM, i.e. they update that list every evening after trading day at 11 PM ET. Since it's all about Failure to Deliver, I'd assume that info takes until that late to accumulate.

FINRA might also have it on their site as that download file is similar to the daily I use for reports. I just have this one at Nasdaq bookmarked.
