1) The issue with Rule 15c2-11 was with the MM Hudson (i.e. HDSN), which Paragon uses as its MM for TBJK...it is a minor fault and will be corrected shortly, as early as within the week as per Alan (only takes a short form)...not an issue. I repeat...no major issue.
Not a good way to introduce your company to the investing public during this transition period. As they are currently trading pink at .005's. They will want to fix the issue above at the minimum and will most likely even wait until the share price is in the multiple dollar range post reverse to start a PR blitz as highlighted in Hoss's post below.
3) They have a strategic, significant marketing plan in the works...$150,000+, and plan to use the likes of Fidelity, Emerging Markets, Viking Investments, etc., along with bigger finance names in China, to push this stock...in essence, he hinted at making this stock head north very quickly upon R/S and uplisting.
lol....rude....something like that....the 8k detailed the company and management pretty well and hinted at intentions in the near future, so that was an ice-breaker of sorts...
Perhaps they could write a more one-on-one management-on-investor shareholder letter as you say to shoot some confidence our way...maybe in due time...
