why the silence from the company? and please don't tell me it is regarding a lawsuit. companies undergoing lawsuits, litigation, etc. continue to provide shareholders w/ information. no one has answered this question and I have asked it many times. i expect the best answer you can give me is that the company is on the pinks??? i need a better answer than that... the eagle has flown the coup and shit all over us... IMO! :)
