While I am in complete agreement with your sentiments...

Let me remind everyone that we seem to be very happy now that the pps has made it into the mid 10's ... but it was not that long ago that the longs went crazy when it dropped down into the mid 10's.

This thing is still dirt cheap.... we have a long way to go, let's enjoy the ride.
