Whats the fraud regarding UTA again? As far as I know, the entirety of the attack was that the company has people make a phone call before finalizing most sales instead of doing it purely online... Certainly not what i'd call fraud or even perceived accounting-issue.
The CHBT attack also seemed quite weak and there have been people who have gotten the 'retail store' addresses.

At least with NEP, CHBT and UTA i don't know of any "evidence" of fraud besides unsubstantiated claims by shorts. I don't follow ONP and DGW closely enough to be able to tell.
