Disgruntled yes. If you look at my history, I was on the cheering squad for ATNP, and at one point had the second most posts on this board. I profited on the hype apparantly and stuck around hoping they would execute. I was told not to fall in love with a pick and I did.
This was my final pick. I consolidated everything into here because all my others were scams and said this was a last shot at the subpenny world. If this one burned me then I would quit. The shares will remain until there is no value or they bounce back in time but in my head it is all written off as a loss.
When have you become so positive?? I almost recall you once said never to trust a CEO from one of your comments to me back in Decemember. You seem to follow him blindly as you feel I am following the negatives blindly. We are on the exact opposites. You are probably just as wrong as me as far as taking a side with no evidence. The fact is no one can get through to GOTV to order services or get support or speak to a sales rep. I tried calling multiple times in the past and couldn't even get the operator. I ignored that sign and figured maybe there was some cosolidation process and something to do with the "merger". Now they have the SEC breathing down their necks and the shares never split or changed and 2 confirmations of investors who spoke to the TA, one from trdwatch who was a huge supporter and I take what he has to say with consideration, stating that the agreement was canceled.
Take any investor who does this for a living and they would tell you that there are too many things in question with a company that is saving a few dollars by not reporting any financials. If they are innocent or not they need to be investigated and prove their position in the court of law.
If you do not have the top box then you can not speak for a fact that they are providing the promised content. Lets face it, we all invested without facts and were forced to make conclusions without facts. The courts will give us the answers.
