there is no benefit for the shareholder. Except you get a larger number of shares :-p


I'd be concerned if a new company was coming into the mix, however, if all this DD is correct, it seems like an established company that should be strapped for coin. However, like most people on this board, I'm worried most about what they do about the current shareholders.
