Unless I'm reading this wrong Strass, isn't it 2Million now and a further 1.9M after the 12 of October if they wish to exercise further purchase at .28? Still not enough to do anything with.

I will freely admit that I am not following the logic in this move other than "cheap shares for someone prior to a known SP rise"?
