TRIT: For a company doing about 40m rev this year, booking a 32M rev in 2011 is a huge win. This is their second major contract win in the waste-water treatment segment after the win of the $6M Xianjiang WW project in August. I am expecting more wins to follow in the near future esp. for other cities in the West b/c of international funding help.
The project will be implemented under a Build-Transfer contract. The total budget for Phase 1 of the project will be RMB270 million (approximately $40 million). Tri-Tech expects to recognize revenues of approximately $32 million for its role in the project. The project will be completed by late 2011.
