After they receive money from the RR games they are planning to do a buyback. Also people new here need to remember that not only do you get a Dividend but you can convert your SDVI shares and basically double up your position in Graffiti. The SDVI shares people convert for Graffiti shares will be retired.
This is one reason I am thinking we don't see a huge sell off after the 15th. Obviously the people in this for just the run will but anyone at all interested in the Graffiti shares will hold.
per Ken, buy back would happen with money from the game sales. Not going to happen any time soon. Depending on how the graffiti IPO goes, graffiti might buy SDVI before there is a share buy back, if Graffiti really doesn't want to pay out 10% on sales.
