Otto Law was the main creditor by far and passed payment in stock over to a related party David Otto?. If Otto Law's debt was not satisfied then GBOE I believe would have been closed down. This would mean Otto Law and the few other debtors would have got nothing . The only alternative is to take shares. I think there is some SEC rule about paying lawyers and accountants and rent in a timely fashion? Perhaps this is also why GBOE and Chris Wains accountancy company are in a legal dispute.
