Thanks for asking about work.

I am learning about all of the fancy molecular biology machines in the lab, and how they work, this week. I had a very good talk with my boss for over an hour today, about the direction of the research we'll be doing, my role in it, what we are starting on in our projects on stem cells, etc...

The great thing is they get the stem cells from donated umbilical cord blood, after the baby's birth, without any harm whatsoever to Mom or baby, so there is no controversy involved with the research.
