Autosinger, Maybe this is a one time event. I have reasonably satisifed up until now and have made many trades. I talked to the Local Branch on the phone yesterday to place some trades. The guy told me that everyone was really worn out over this. I got the feeling that something unexpected had happened. I think they were adding something new and it went sour. Trading is down again today, which is what I expected. I find it odd that last week they stopped A/H trading and it won't be available till next Fri. Some time last week (I think) they stopped the automated Phone ordering system (I never used it anyway) and this week they do an unannounced "Conversion" which I received absolutely no notification from. I asked the local guy yesterday about the supposed email and snail mails they sent out and he reiterated what the Central Customer Service had said about it being sent. I am beyond being mad now. If it isn't up by Next Monday I will be changing Brokerages. I will stay with them to see if this is a one time event. Sorry to get so wordy....
