i guess that doenst affect us because the asset purchase agreement was called off. accordingly to him that pr is not accurate to date and the agreement did not go thru.
It looks like we are getting screwed over one step at a time. First the SEC investigation tanked our ATNP shares and put our "SCFR/GOTV" shares into question on the value, and now they are informing us that they will not be subject to the split. So what happened is the SCFR shares are worth 1/20th of what they used to be and we do not get the extra shares.
We were just reversed merged 20:1 with our GOTV shares. Are we still defending Chris ?!?! I forget.......
