When the date comes that owners of real shares can buy at .02,they can sell there new bought shares, right? Maybe the selling is a bit higher than 0.02, but it would be much lower than at present for sure. Could the shorts buy these shares then? I think these would be real shares!
If this is true, shorts can certainly sell now.
