You can get an idea of how financing gives a boost by our neighbor and land lessor, RZ. Financing yesterday, today ParSar flipped & it looks like it passed a bottom. When/if we get DIP financing, hopefully by Dec 1, it would be a brighter day for us CPRKQ stockholders.
