Volume has slowed as the pps has increased which usually happens, as well as the lack of shares available due to the float being locked down. Hope this helps.

People have been pumping this one for so long that people have lost interest and are waiting for the actual POR. If the POR says that the commons will survive then the price will rocket upwards with a lot of volume.
