Thanks for the info. I haven't reviewed the court docs for a few weeks...Actually, quite a lot has happened in the last week.

As you say, the interlocutory judgment has been set aside and there will be a trial. Also, the settlement agreement has FINALLY been submitted to the court UNDER SEAL, meaning the shareholders don't get to see what has been settled. However, Nathan was granted an order to use that mediation settlement in court as evidence.

Keep up the good work keeping us informed of AEB's actions.
