Lots of people are bid sitting hoping to get cheapies, but they are also looking to buy so they will jump to the ask if it takes too long for someone to decide to sell.

Because someone purchased 52,500 shares at .0008 which is under $50 worth of shares. It was a paint job if you ask me which is un-needed as this will run when it is time. I say Mid-November when the financials are released or sooner if they get them out sooner or some other big news.
