Hi Panther !!! Thank you for the link. I don't need proves for impact of RS on the future price of shares. I know that such financial decision leads to no place and it is only artificially change in a share price. However I didn't follow all posts on the board and probably lost it somewhere. I don't remember that Mr. Frank mentioned once about RS. Please point me out, Thank you.
