I have been in touch with management, and they are very much aware, and disappointed, with the current pps. For one thing, they cannot access the restricted cash to fund growth until the stock value improves. There is a limit to what they can do, especially when they are not given to telling fibs about their current financial state. That said, they are currently in a 'quiet period' while the S-1 awaits effectiveness, so even if they have something to say, they can't say it yet. You will have to wait until S-1 is effective and we move to OTCBB.
