nybuild, even if Approval comes today, just because you get approval, doesn't mean you don't need money to operate. If cash is low, approval doesn't mean the FDA will deposit money into your account.
In my opinion the money is either needed (if FDA Approval Comes) to start production, and/or to keep the lights on until a buy out/partnership is in place. JMHO!
NYBuild1, Maybe they dont need money. Maybe Dean knows the paperwork is processing for approval... and needed to hook the brother up that he owed BIG TIME. Nothing good about buying 20% under market because the pps moves to much and will go below if this drags on.. So I think he had a past deal and said he would let them in 20% low just days before approval as a thank you.....
