From my experience with many other stocks, it isn't an obligation or even a common practice for companies to satiate the need of the investor for news as they move through their daily business dealings.
Not smacking you buddhasib, but you message gave me somewhere to make this comment.
Providing updates with no substance and only promises do nothing but allow flipping, misinterpretation, and distraction.
I am used to, with stocks that aren't trying to pump, news when something newsworthy happens. Some great companies don't put out news for weeks or months at a time, don't have IR departments that will chat with IHUB posters about info not published somewhere, and would never think of relaying info through message board posters.
I know we are used to that here, and it even juices it up from time to time with tidbits of progress. But for all of the info flow we are where we are and the flippers are the only ones benefitting.
I will wait for news that means something. When I see the little news indicator on my favorites list here I'll know it will be worth reading, good or bad. Hopefully good.
