Thats an interesting link; Looks like an ongoing effort to keep a few shares open for sale. It is such a small % of the shares, this recuring 90 day cycle is common with any inside holder (imo).
So for me, the real question now is how low will this go on, stay this cheap, and when will it turn and take off. I want to buy more shares, but I may be trying to to get them too cheap. I am shooting for about .16 to add my last lot.
