Whether Mosko goes to jail as the CEO of SPNG or the former CEO of SPNG, it won't make one bit of difference as he sits in his 6X8 cell on his 85th birthday.

I have no idea if that email is real or not. Having said that, I would not at all be surprised if these guys were still somehow associated with spng. It's sad to see management doing anything they want as often as they want to do it. Management did not want to file financials;so they didn't. The SEC watching made no difference to management. Management wants a new trustee? They get a new trustee. M&M want to travel? No problem. The courts gave their blessing. It's like that song "anything you want you got it." Our justice system is not perfect and this case is a great example. As I said before, I no longer think justice will be served in this case. The whole thing is sad, but it's the reality we live in.

Yea, and Steve always speaks the truth. LMAO

Have you found that $50 million in sales and $11 Million in profits yet?

Have you figured out who held the restricted shares that had the legends removed and who was the recipient of the forged opinion letters having that legend removed? Hint: Steve owns many shell entities.

but you go right ahead and believe that e-Mail. It is so important to do so. My bet is Steve is laughing right now at the fools that still believe wondering, how far can I really go before they open their eyes and see reality.

"Will never resign"

At least he still has his sense of humor.

The statement "SpongeTech understands that defendant Steven Moskowitz intends to resign as soon as an interim CEO is on board" was made prior to the bankruptcy filing, when it might have actually meant something. The filing and the appointment of a trustee emasculated the CEO and CFO positions. He doesn't have to resign because he has been deposed and is currently totally without the power to take any action in the name of the company or access petty cash.

The emperor has no clothes. And yet, some still enjoy the parade.
