It has never been near $5 it was about this range and up to about 0.07 high since reverse merger into the new company in about November 2008... prior to that is was still never into the range of anything close to $5 for as long as you can see. Latest slight declines have been due to long SEC review process of many SB-1 ammendments as things are changing while the process is proceeding (ongoing).
