I have never owned the stock but at .145 when some were suggesting it was about to make a HUGE move to DOLLARS (more than ONE) I suggested caution as the filings suggested a huge increase in the OS was coming and dilution was on the way. At the time that was a very unpopular (but accurate) position!!
