The quarterly is as of 6/30/2010. Share structure changed 8/3/2010.

A start-up company with a product/service to sell. Many companies at these levels cant say that. The share structure is okay but they still need a breakthrough to happen to reach their proposed estimates. I do think the company can surprise us with a good quarter especially with these new employees now with the company for a full quarter and have had more time to show what they can do. We shall see, based on the latest reports in the industry all signs point to an improvement, small but some improvement is better then nothing.
